We work hard to ensure that the City’s land holdings are managed or redeveloped to produce the best possible use of land and/or benefit for the community, to meet the City’s long-term strategic land requirements, and to ensure a supply of serviced industrial land at competitive prices. We aim to provide a variety of choices such as density, housing type, price point, amenities and locations in the marketplace to consumers, also working to achieve a reasonable return on investment measured through earnings and/or value to the community.
