The Bowman

The Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEOI) process for the Bowman property is now open.

Stage 1 RFEOI applications are due April 5th

Thank you to all individuals and group representatives who attended the March 20th, 21st, and 26th Bowman property tour and information sessions. Twenty-five individuals representing almost twenty organizations participated over the three days.

Let us know if you would like your organization added to the “Open to Chat” list, where different organizations can get in touch with one another to discuss colocation proposals at the Bowman.

While RFEOI applications from individual not-for-profit organizations are welcomed, applications from multiple tenants are preferred. This scenario would include a lead tenant acting as the property manager for the building.

This RFEOI is a competitive, two-stage process. Stage one includes two property tours and information sessions, scheduled for March 20 at 3 p.m. and March 21 at 6 p.m. Interested organizations are strongly encouraged to attend one tour and session. Stage one applications and supporting documents are due by Friday, March 29th April 5th. All applicants to Stage 1 will be notified as to whether they were successful in moving onto Stage 2 by Friday, April 12th.

In stage two, short-listed applicants will be required to submit a full proposal including detailed financial and business case information no later than Friday, April 26.
